Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective: October 27, 2026
Applies to: Jabbit for iPhone, jabbitapp.com and the Jabbit pages of bridgerapps.com.
This policy is for people in Washington, Nevada and other US states with consumer health data laws. Our full Jabbit Privacy Policy is at https://www.bridgerapps.com/jabbit/privacy/.
Your Jabbit records are not sent to us
Jabbit stores what you record (injections, schedules, vials, weight and other health information) only on your iPhone. From version 1.0.4 it does not sync to iCloud, and it never sends your records to Bridger Apps. We do not collect them.
Consumer health data we collect
- What: only the health information you choose to put in an email to us, such as what you take or a problem you had.
- Source: you.
- Why: only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
Visit counts on jabbitapp.com
- jabbitapp.com counts page views and clicks on tracked links. Some of its pages are about medicines or health conditions.
- Each record holds the page, the referring page, campaign tags, the type of device and browser, the time, and your IP address with its last part removed. Your full IP address and browser identification string are removed before the record leaves our web host, so the records do not identify anyone.
- We keep them in that form, and we will not try to work out who visited. We use them only to count traffic, keep them for up to 60 days, and never sell or share them. Our hosts, Vercel and DigitalOcean, store them for us and act on our instructions.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the site records nothing. Section 8.5 of the privacy policy has the details.
Sharing
- We share it only with our email provider, Google Workspace, which stores it for us and acts on our instructions.
- We may also disclose it when the law requires it.
- We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
- You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, to give you a copy, or to delete it.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Email privacy@bridgerapps.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Appeals
If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will answer your appeal in writing. If we turn it down, you can complain to your state attorney general (in Washington, https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint).
